Pressure Washing

All the buildings will be pressure washed on May 20th. You may wish to hold off putting out items on your decks and patios until this is completed. Also, please keep windows closed that day while they are washing your building and make sure that your outside spigots are not shutoff inside.

Deck Staining

Total Deck Care will begin staining decks on June 10th. We will seek a time and building schedule and announce prior to that date. Items will have to be off the decks on the date of service. Checks made out to Total Deck Care can be dropped off at the Cottage mail box by June 1st. Prices for each deck will be posted on the bulletin board.
